Could not be more thankful for this professional, compassionate, kind and thorough team during one of the most difficult nights of my life with losing my dog suddenly at 1am. They promptly showed up and helped with quiet calmness that helped through that initial shock. They had quick turnaround given we are traveling and wanted to have our dog with us. All this during holiday season when most are short staffed. My family is grateful for this team. Thank you all. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

I cannot thank this place enough for the care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. My dog Prince meant everything to me, and when he passed, I was overwhelmed emotionally and financially. A dozen other places turned me away when I asked about payment plans, but they were the only ones who treated me like a human being instead of a transaction. My daughter and I were stressed out looking for a Crematory. People said we’re going to pay a good chunk of money. This was the first place we went to. They welcomed us when we walked in. After a couple minutes of speaking with Maddie, we felt the weight lifting off our shoulders. We felt very comfortable with all the Ladies. We highly recommend this place!

One star is too many. It was shocking how rude over the phone they were. I hung up and called Avalons on Beville. I wish they had been my 1st call.(They were amazing). These people do not need to be in this business somehow making people feel worse.

I can not begin to express how thankful I am for this place. Losing a parent is hard enough, but trying to make the right decisions to honor them and get everything done is daunting. Terry and Tracy at A1 Affordable Cremations are 100% the people you want taking care of your loved ones. They are a small family business and they treat you like you're family.
