We couldn’t be happier with the handyman service we received. They stained our deck quickly and well, fixed a loose railing, installed a new bathroom faucet, and recaulked the bathroom shower so it looks new. They also installed smoke detectors in both our primary home and our rental, giving us peace of mind. Every job was done quickly, professionally, and with great care. Highly recommended.
Jason was very patient as we went through my list of handyman’s work. We were able to establish the products I could purchase so he could come back and complete the tasks. I will definitely use them again for the many things to be done in my home!
The sliding patio door I open many times a day to let dogs in and out broke. All the sudden it didn’t roll, it scraped and was extremely hard to open and close. I’d asked at the Ace hardware store about their handyman services and they told me they aren’t really associated with the stores, they just license the name. Jason was amazing, great communication, showed up a couple minutes early, took care of everything we asked, even a little bit extra. He finished in a slightly shorter period of time than originally quoted. Very pleased with the service, would recommend it to anybody, and would definitely work with Jason again.
Adding support for deck steps. Other deck companies did not want that small of a job. Ace Handyman picked it up. Jason advised clearly about the recommendation and cost. Quickly on the schedule. Work was completed in a really good balance of what needed to be done. This was expensive for the size of the job. Jason and Ace Handyman were very upfront and transparent and asked multiple times to confirm I wanted it done. I will use them in the future and recommend to friends and family.
