Joseph was nice. I don’t like having people in my house but he had a nice smile. He was so patient with me even when I forgot to get lightbulbs. He helped me get the best type of lights and they look beautiful. I LOVE WHAT HE DID! Thank you Josrph
Sam was an excellent technician. He was thorough in getting the wall patched. He even came back the next day to make sure that the sanding was complete. He was timely and explained everything that he was going to do in advance of starting. No reflection on Sam, but the office person doing the initial quote needs to be fully transparent about pricing and make sure to accurately quote the job cost, fully understanding the scope of work. Great job Everything as promised.My technician arrived on time and was professional an courteous. I advise having all materials available including screws so Tech can spend entire time working on site not assembling things. If you are doing a remodeling.project, schedule at minimum of four hour blocks no matter if you think project is small..Allow your Tech to work without rushing through build, leave them alone to work. I needed a repair done to my garage. Joe was prompt and very professional he did a great job! I am very pleased with his work. Scheduling the appointment with Rudy was easy. I will be using their services again.
Joe was very courteous. However, Dispatch needs to listen more closely to customer needs. When Joe arrived he explained that they did not have the proper equipment for my project. But, he was very nice and professional when he explained the reason.
