The "Operational Manager" Brea Worth, needs to do better. Listen to the message potential customer's leave on your v.m. so you have an idea of why someone's calling you, that way you don't have to waste their time asking the majority of questions where the answers were already provided for in the message. Or, get rid of the message option since you choose not to listen to it anyways. I'm sure you'll have some sort of excuse, most powerless leaders do. Do better Operational Manager.

Michael repaired and cleaned the bricks on the front steps of the house. A great job! He was very professional, courteous, and easy going. I would most definitely recommend this company.

We are very happy with the quality of the repairs made by this company from start to finish. Brea kept in touch with us about the up-coming appointment, and a manager called ahead of time to answer some questions I had about the repairs. Michael Carraway, the Ace Handyman, arrived right on time. He was professional, efficient, and patient with our questions about the needed repairs that involved some ladder work, regrouting, caulking, sanding and repainting. Just what we needed! He did what we couldn’t, and now our project is almost complete. We are so satisfied with our Ace handyman’s hard work and attention to detail. We are building a home music studio. We got to the point where we could not install the door or window, and Ace came to our rescue. In just one day, he installed the door, window, and he did other things to further our project. He cut out and hung up the high, hard angle, wall boards, easily and quickly. So glad we found this service.
