Unbelievable! Greatly pleased with all that James O did for us. He realized that installing the fan and securing our banister would never fill a 2 hour slot so he started searching for things to tighten and improve to fill the time slot. James was the answer to our prayers. We had previously hired another handyman for a bathroom remodel several months ago and even though he came back to "fix" his previous mistakes, we were not satisfied with the corrections. James is very knowledgeable. He removed old grout, applied new grout, and caulked around the bathtub. Excellent, efficient and professional service! Everyone I came in contact with at Ace Handyman was very professional. Brad arrived on time. We discussed the project and my expectations of the job (patch the hole behind my stove due to a gas pipe repair). Had a great experience with Brad B from Ace Handyman. Brad fixed a toilet that rocked by determining that the plastic bolt was cracked and needed to be replaced. He went to the local ACE Hardware store and purchased new metal bolts along with a wax ring. He then quickly installed it and toilet works fine. Brad also repaired drywall in my garage that had an indentation with some Mud. Brad is very positive, friendly, professional and efficient with the job. I am completely satisfied with his work.
