I had a garage Gladiator cabinet and shelving system installed by Bud, and I really appreciated his craftsmanship, and professionalism. The work went by swiftly although it was a big project, as Bud already had experience installing these which I was glad to hear. I’m so glad I gave them a second chance. After my less-than-stellar first visit, Dan (the owner) personally followed up, took full responsibility, and assured me that my experience wasn’t representative of their standards. He immediately resolved my issue with no extra fees. A huge thank you to Bud and Brad for coming to the rescue—your service was speedy, precise, and detail-oriented. Everything looks fantastic, and I truly appreciate the clean, thorough job you did. What a relief to know they stand behind their work!

Unbelievable! Greatly pleased with all that James O did for us. He realized that installing the fan and securing our banister would never fill a 2 hour slot so he started searching for things to tighten and improve to fill the time slot. James O seems to really enjoy his work and he seems to be very good at what he does. I call it the love of the game...like watching Michael Jordan play basketball or Walter Payton play football. James was great. He was running late from a prior appointment but was communicative about this. He installed grab bars in our bathrooms for accessibility and also took the time to help with other tasks that needed to be checked in the house.

Update...we used them again and this time Rich put 2 new doors on our bedrooms. Great service as always. This is our 3rd time using Ace Handyman and plan on more projects this spring. Kathy is always so helpful and Bud has been out twice to our home now. This time we had a list of several items like banging pipes, shower valve issues and doors not closing properly.
