After my less-than-stellar first visit, Dan (the owner) personally followed up, took full responsibility, and assured me that my experience wasn’t representative of their standards. He immediately resolved my issue with no extra fees. A huge thank you to Bud and Brad for coming to the rescue—your service was speedy, precise, and detail-oriented. Everything looks fantastic, and I truly appreciate the clean, thorough job you did. What a relief to know they stand behind their work!
Rich P., Multi Skilled Craftsman from Ace Handyman Services did repairs on ceiling due to new lighting installed. Rich was on time as scheduled. Very nice personality and easy to talk to with any questions and issues that may occur. Rich did a nice job filling in holes and patching. The sanding and painting could have been better but overall looks nice with a little more touch up to do on both. Thank you Rich P. for all your hard work. 🙂
Ace Handyman services did an excellent job with our deck that was badly in need of repair. Kathy in the office was highly responsive via email and phone, she explained all costs up front and walked us through their professional recommendations. Rich and Scott put in a ton of effort towards the project, were punctual and ensured everyone was on the same page. Update...we used them again and this time Rich put 2 new doors on our bedrooms. Great service as always. This is our 3rd time using Ace Handyman and plan on more projects this spring. Kathy is always so helpful and Bud has been out twice to our home now. This time we had a list of several items like banging pipes, shower valve issues and doors not closing properly. Tyler is efficient and meticulous in his craftsmanship. He worked on installing floors in our attic,despite the challenges he faced, had great ideas to complete the job. Tyler is a skilled carpenter and very personable and a great guy to work with. In conjunction, I would like to extend our gratitude for Brad working with Tyler on this project.
