Steven and Allen were very nice. They were neat and did not make any mess in my house. Their work looks beautiful. They covered the popcorn ceilings with shiplap and crown molding and painted it all It look great and I would recommend them highly.
I hold a lot of merit to google reviews - both good and bad. I contacted Tools on Call Hardware a couple weeks ago to take care of a list of items for my sister in Myrtle Beach because they had high ratings. I am in Massachusetts. It couldn't have been any more of a debacle, and ended with the owner not taking one ounce of blame and gaslighting me. He ended his rebuttal saying he didn't want my business. I used Ace Hardware and Mr. Rhett. I was pleasantly surprised that a reputable company actually holds a high standard for vetted and such knowledgeable employees. It eliminates smaller rip off artist from every getting a call again from this household. He was done in one hour once he evaluated the sliding door lock issue and then traveled to an appliance store to pick up and install the part. His hourly rate was worth every penny. Your company sent an e-mail informing me who my handyman would be and his photo as well. Prior to arriving for his appointment, Robert called to say he was on his way. Once he arrived, Robert inspected the project in question. Seeing I was nearing completion, Robert was kind enough to impart some minor advice, which he in all honestly did not feel comfortable charging me for. Considering Robert’s honesty and integrity, I will not hesitate to call Ace Handyman Services for help in the future. Thank you.
Have used this company twice now, and Brian is a superstar that works for this company. Had a tough install with a garbage disposal due to issues with the contractor that built the home, but Brian worked through it and everything is great.
