I am extremely satisfied with detailed report that Kevin documented all the information regarding the installation of my new dishwasher installed by Lowe’s Premium installer’s of Lowe’s St Augustine which caused damage to the underneath of my counter. First time using ACE. I didn’t even realize they provided this service. I had a so called “handy man” come in to hang a medicine cabinet. Oh boy! What a disaster! You would think it would be easy enough, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Called ACE to fix the wall and put the cabinet in. Kevin was great! On time, pleasant & courteous. As well as The Master Craftsman, Luther Brown , who has not ceased to amaze me with his kindness and amazing skill at every project that he has put his hand to within our home. Steve Heusted was very professional, kind, friendly, pleasant and very accommodating. He did a good job in fixing our roof fascia and soffit. He went above and beyond as well by removing the hanging cable wire in our roof when we requested for his help to remove it. Thank you for the excellent service he had rendered.
