Luis did a phenomenal job installing three 6x3’ decorative panels in my lanai, 4 wire racks in my garage, two outdoor lanterns on either side of garage and a toilet paper holder mounted to guest sink cabinet. Luis perfectly centered and measured every job with perfection. He did a great job cleaning up and was cordial and professional. Carlos was fantastic! He helped us mount a TV and sound bar. The mount was super heavy and awkward, and we didn’t have the instructions for how to mount it. He figured out placement and did a wonderful job. He was personable and professional. Showed up on time. Communicated well. We will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.
I am extremely satisfied with detailed report that Kevin documented all the information regarding the installation of my new dishwasher installed by Lowe’s Premium installer’s of Lowe’s St Augustine which caused damage to the underneath of my counter. Luis Diaz was amazing! Professional, polite, courteous. Told him I didn’t have a material that I thought I did and he went out to the paint store and retrieved it. I would use this company again. The team of Kevin, Luis, And Josh are absolutely wonderful! Luther is always available to help and oversee. Professional, meticulous, polite and pleasant! We use Ace Handyman now for all our repairs and remodeling! They are always reliable and work and adjust as needed to do the job to our satisfaction! So happy we found such a company and workers!!
