This was my first experience working with Ace Handyman Services and they did not disappoint. I had some small projects such as pictures that needed to be hung and a small bar that needed to be put together. Starting with the appointment scheduling....the rep was very pleasant and helpful. Brandon and Terry do EXCELLENT work. Timely, courteous, and answered all my questions. They made sure the bill was accurate, and cleaned up after the job was done. Back office scheduling support leaves a little bit to be desired (had to send crew out 3 times due to quote/scheduling software limitations), but the on site performance was TOP NOTCH. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND next time someone needs work done...
We just moved to Warner Robins and wanted to get 3 ceiling fans we bought installed. I called ace handyman services to schedule an appointment, they got us on the books within a few days! Our handyman, Brandon, got here the day of, he was on time, he was polite, professional, cleaned everything up, and finished the job quick! Before he left he showed me all the features on the fans’ remote, and made sure I understood what button did what! I’d give Brandon and this company more stars if I could! Thanks guys!
Dealing with Ace Hardware Handy service is a pleasure. They send out efficient techs who are timely, friendly and efficient. Terry did a wonderful job with our painting of ceilings, crown molding and one room. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. Blake and Brandon were also pleasant to deal with. They were able to help troubleshoot a few light fixtures for me and quickly remove and install crown molding in three rooms for me.
This is the second time we've used Ace Handyman and Brandome came both times. We can't be happier with the results. They return phone calls promptly and show up on time. Our fancy smancy dog door looks great!!!
