The ace repairs team was so easy to work with! After I was able to find a replacement door for my shed, I was able to schedule the repair with Jody and have Max come out on a day and time of my choosing. He was on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. And the shed door looks great! I will be sure to call you on the next home repair job that I have to do.
Max and Shawn worked efficiently and expertly to complete the lower level rebuild of our flood damage. They arrived promptly as scheduled, attended to all tasks and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. They also assembled furniture, placed things correctly, moved existing furniture to the proper rooms. 10/10 Dave M. Came and just did an unbelievable job! So fast, so kind! His work was also top notch! Here are some before and after photos. He also installed a fan for us! I will be using them again in the future.
Project involved new iron balusters and newel post for staircase. Everything turned out beautiful and desired look was achieved. Lots of precise measuring, cutting and attention to detail. Max and Shawn did a GREAT job, and both very experienced and skilled. I have another project for Max, as Ace Handyman met my expectations!
Shawn (the repairman/carpenter) did a fine job. He was punctual and skilled at his job. My complaint is with the labor fee and materials mark-up Ace charges. In one word: outrageous. 100+% markup is greediness. Considering most of the materials come from the hardware store itself. To charge what they did for staining is shameful in my opinion. Yes, they got the job done. And they did a good job. But unfortunately, I cannot afford them for any future projects. I'll look elsewhere next time.
