Had a great experience with David and team. From the time I called and spoke to Elizabeth, I knew I had chose the right company. She was a joy to talk to and very helpful at answering all of my questions. She was able to give me a quote quickly and work started within a week. Zero complaints and had a great experience. I have a newly built backyard patio that's on a steep incline and I don't have the equipment to be able to safely stain the wood trim. Tim came over and spent 2hrs. in the hot, hot sun and did a remarkable job. He also helped shop vac the outdoor dryer lint trap and attached a garden hose bracket to my house. 3-1/2 months later, my mother in laws ceiling is still not finished and looks awful. This company also seems to have high turn over with techs, I have had three different ones, none who have completed the work yet. The tech who did the site survey was not the tech who came and did the work, so the result was nothing like what was discussed. It was a super smooth process! Zech was a great representation for ACE. He was kind and really tried to explain to me and my brother how to install the ceiling fans but me and my brother are just not that inclined with electrical stuff. He was thorough and we would definitely recommend ACE Handyman services to our family and friends!
My 3rd time using Ace. TIM had my new light fixture installed in 30 minutes. Outstanding workmanship!!! David Mountain has the best crews . Great company David.
