I was truly impressed with how quickly the service provider was able to come out to address our repairs. I originally called to have my porch screen door put back on the hinges and they were able to address a number of other concerns in the house in a very time efficient manner. Justin and Tim arrived on time and they were courteous and efficient. They addressed all 7 of my areas of concern and they fixed 4 of them and did prep work on one of the two remaining areas of concern. New cabinet hardware had to be ordered to re-hang the under-sink kitchen cabinet doors. Next week they will do that and the other two larger projects. Zach was very nice.. as the work on the house was too high up for me to evaluate it. It looked to me from the ground that the wood needed to be replaced.. as he evaluated it. It really just needed to be painted. If he would’ve let me know that prior to him going to the hardware store to get to boards to replace the boards on the house that would’ve saved me money and time that it took for his work. Chris came out and did some work at NextDoor at LivingProof Recovery as park of their give back project, and to say he did amazing would be an understatement. We had extensive water damage to the try wall next to the tub, and not only did he repair it but he provided a solution to keep it from happening in the future. We are so grateful!
