I was truly impressed with how quickly the service provider was able to come out to address our repairs. I originally called to have my porch screen door put back on the hinges and they were able to address a number of other concerns in the house in a very time efficient manner. Zach was very nice.. as the work on the house was too high up for me to evaluate it. It looked to me from the ground that the wood needed to be replaced.. as he evaluated it. It really just needed to be painted. If he would’ve let me know that prior to him going to the hardware store to get to boards to replace the boards on the house that would’ve saved me money and time that it took for his work. Zech Johnson did a great job; he arrived on time, understood the jobs that needed to be done, obtained the materials in a timely manner and cleaned up after completion. I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism and would gladly recommend him to others.
Justin and Tim arrived on time and they were courteous and efficient. They addressed all 7 of my areas of concern and they fixed 4 of them and did prep work on one of the two remaining areas of concern. New cabinet hardware had to be ordered to re-hang the under-sink kitchen cabinet doors. Next week they will do that and the other two larger projects.
