Matt M from Ace Handyman Services of Sarasota did a great job. Showed up on time and performed the service at the estimated price. Had a stuck 15/16” bolt that I could not remove on a bollard that had to be removed to replace my water heater. He was able to get it out. Highly recommended.
Matt M. transformed our spare room into a wonderful nursery for our son. He fixed the drywall, replaced the door, removed the popcorn ceiling, and painted the room. Arthur with Ace Handyman Services was professional, punctual and honest. Great communication leading up to the repair. Explained the process upon arrival. Did not exceed the estimate. We had a pocket door that was stuck inside the wall. We were told by a few “local” contractors they would need to open drywall and then do extensive invasive repairs. No drywall was disturbed. I have used Ace twice in the last few months and each time I have been extremely satisfied. They communicate appointment information, who your serviceman will be and when he will arrive. They showed up promptly on time every time, were efficient, thorough and professional. The owner even came to my home on the day of my project to make sure everything was going fine. My project was very visible: Repairing large nicks into the white front door frame that exposed the dark underlying wood, both exterior and interior, resulting from moving furniture. Plus, refinishing the door's solid wood bottom threshold.
