I contacted Ace Handyman Services Three Rivers in the morning about fixing an exterior storm door at my father's house. They had someone available right away and were able to get it fixed the same day. The handyman (Thomas) was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The cost was very reasonable as well. This was my first time using their services, but I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!
Kevin was prompt and courteous, cleaned up area well when finished. He was thorough and definitely knew how to complete tasks the right way,I.e. quality work rather than cosmetic. Called Ace to paint, remove various hardware from walls and ceilings, TV brackets, etc. when he finished, you could not tell where gouges, cracks or holes had been; he even caulked where walls, ceilings and trim were not quite matching up. All services are charged per hour which is very expensive. It takes time for the handyman to assess the project, take measurements, and get his tools. There should be at least 15 minutes for all of this as one cannot just come in and begin working without having everything ready to go. If a project runs a little over, you are charged as well. The handyman feels enormous pressure to get the work finished on time with precision. The work is good, but expensive.
I am very pleased with Kevin’s work and Ace Handyman Services. Kevin knew exactly the best way to fix my door and did an excellent job installing two locks. Ace was very accommodating my schedule since I am here part time. I highly recommend Kevin and Ace.
I had a portion of my ceiling fall due to my garage door opener, which vibrated the panel loose. My handyman, Kevin had the job completed in about 3 hours. Great job, great service.
