This was without a doubt the worst job we’ve ever had done. The workman wasn’t prepared and didn’t have the right tools. The tile installed was a mess and I had to tear it back out to keep it from setting in the glue over the Memorial Day weekend. The cost was nearly double the estimate , and the workman left with the supplies we purchased which haven’t been returned yet. Thomas is incredible… he is very knowledgeable and talented, and to top it all off, he is quick. Always arrives 15 minutes early and ready to go….. He has a great personality and works very neat, smart, and efficient. He is an absolute joy to have working on your home and worth his weight in gold. He has so much experience and technique. Thomas did an excellent job on my entry door and he had enough stain to do my shutters. My front is beautiful, it had faded from the sun. He also polished up my hardware, looks so much better. He cleaned up the area.

As promised my tile floor issues we corrected and the grout that was used was a perfect match to the surrounding area. Thomas was great to work with and he certainly knows how to get us all fixed up. Two thumbs up for Thomas for a job well done. Synthia kept me well informed regarding pricing, materials and scheduling. Kevin was prompt and courteous, cleaned up area well when finished. He was thorough and definitely knew how to complete tasks the right way,I.e. quality work rather than cosmetic. Called Ace to paint, remove various hardware from walls and ceilings, TV brackets, etc. when he finished, you could not tell where gouges, cracks or holes had been; he even caulked where walls, ceilings and trim were not quite matching up.
