Brad was wonderful to work with for my projects. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my door, windows, and extra questions. He was timely, courteous, very friendly, and provided excellent recommendations. Most of all, I liked that he focused on doing it right. You never know what you might find when taking out an old door and Brad was dedicated to fixing any additional issues he found. Alexis was also great to work on scheduling and lining up the work that Brad performed.

Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He did make a special hardware run for us where he felt the hardware we purchased would not work. He then painted the heads of the screws to have them blend into the metal numbers he mounted. He would ask for our opinion at different steps through the process to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. He also had an assistant, Everett. I used Ace Handyman for repair of a mailbox and installation of a tankless water filtration system. Dan was absolutely wonderful. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was done correctly and working properly. And Jessi, their office manager, was efficient and responsive. I would recommend Ace for your needs, and I will definitely use their services again.

Ace Handyman really came through for me. A snowplow took out my father’s mailbox, and because he receives mail-order prescription drugs, it was imperative that it get fixed as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond to help me out swiftly, even creating a laminated sign to deliver to the house to help manage mail in the meantime. John was great, but I have to say I don’t like the idea of paying the company for an hr of him going to the hardware store. I sent pictures and described what was needed a day before. The job it’s only took 10min.
