To Whomever this may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the drywall work that was performed in my home. I have called the Ace Handyman Sevices number left a message and have had to return calls. The quality of the work is unacceptable, and the room remains unfinished. Throughout the project, there were excessive breaks and time spent smoking, resulting in poor use of the time I was paying for. The work did not progress in a professional or efficient manner. Phillip did an awesome job! He installed a paver walkway that turned out better than expected! He arrived on time and checked in with me regarding any questions or concerns. He was very conscious of taking care of the property area around where he was working. The clean up job was great! I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services, they were great to work with.
Phillip did an outstanding job! He installed our garbage disposal and completed the plumbing for our master bathroom sinks. Everything was done quickly and with excellent workmanship he arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, it was very professional from the start to finish.
Needed to have an Anderson 400 Series French wood Hinged Patio Door replaced. Dan and his crew did a wonderful job. Attention to detail in the replacement & trim couldn't be better, especially when dealing with a challenging installation & finish trim. Very polite and professional. Cleanup was superb!
Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He did make a special hardware run for us where he felt the hardware we purchased would not work. He then painted the heads of the screws to have them blend into the metal numbers he mounted. He would ask for our opinion at different steps through the process to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. He also had an assistant, Everett.
