Brad was wonderful to work with for my projects. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my door, windows, and extra questions. He was timely, courteous, very friendly, and provided excellent recommendations. Most of all, I liked that he focused on doing it right. You never know what you might find when taking out an old door and Brad was dedicated to fixing any additional issues he found. Alexis was also great to work on scheduling and lining up the work that Brad performed.
Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He did make a special hardware run for us where he felt the hardware we purchased would not work. He then painted the heads of the screws to have them blend into the metal numbers he mounted. He would ask for our opinion at different steps through the process to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. He also had an assistant, Everett. Brad with Ace Services did an amazing job on my drywall patching. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Everyone I dealt with was great about communicating the schedule and project plans. It’s nice to have a service in town to take care of those smaller jobs that you just can’t get help completing in your home! I will definitely be calling them again and again and again. LOL
Jay did a fantastic job replacing our balcony deck and railing. His carpentry skills were top notch and he finished the work much faster than I expected.
