Brad was wonderful to work with for my projects. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my door, windows, and extra questions. He was timely, courteous, very friendly, and provided excellent recommendations. Most of all, I liked that he focused on doing it right. You never know what you might find when taking out an old door and Brad was dedicated to fixing any additional issues he found. Alexis was also great to work on scheduling and lining up the work that Brad performed.
Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. He did make a special hardware run for us where he felt the hardware we purchased would not work. He then painted the heads of the screws to have them blend into the metal numbers he mounted. He would ask for our opinion at different steps through the process to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. He also had an assistant, Everett. Great handyman service! Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us check things off our to-do list around the office (ceiling fan light was out, shored up a loose curtain rod, and helped with a smoke detector just out of reach that was stuck). We will call Ace again when we need a hand!
I can’t recommend ACE Handyman Services enough. I used them for a cabin winterization and they were very quick to get to the job and detailed with the service provided. Communication with their office and the service person on the job was top notch and I was informed on what was happening at all times. They left a list of what had been done for winterization on the counter in the cabin and posted notice on the door as well for notification of winterization.
