Daryl arrived about 10 minutes late, which is acceptable. After seeing what we wanted done he stated that it wouldn’t take him 6 hours and asked me to find other things for him to do. I explained to the booking agent that I didn’t think it would take 6 hours to complete our requests. Things went fairly smoothly until I turned on one television that he had mounted above our fireplace. It was broken. I asked if Ace might compensate us for some of the damage.
