I am going to modify this review because, frankly, I am calling on ACE Handyman a lot and, if I post an update every time they help me, I'm going to write a book. Last February I was putting a lot of finishing touches on a house I expected to live in for years. Some of those finishing touches involved working on high ladders and carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs. Very disappointed in the service we received. Before accepting the quote I asked multiple times to make sure we were getting someone who was experienced at sanding and refinishing a stained floor and they said they did. I guess they didn’t have that guy come. The guy they sent had to go talk to people at Lowe’s and Sherwin-Williams about staining and then call the guy that was supposedly experienced at it to ask questions and advice on it. So now having to pay for all those wasted hours for a terrible job

Ron was very nice and explained the process of what he was doing to get our gas logs going. He had to order a part for the repair and quickly came back out when the part arrived. He came in and immediately went to work and we now have the gas logs going and our den has the warmth as well as the glow of the gas logs. I would definitely call Ace Handyman Service again and also for some other things that needs to be done around our house. It was a very positive experience.

Working with the office to schedule an appointment to look at the job was easy. I gave them all the information they needed to know for the scope of work that I had requested. They told me a general estimate and Jason arrived at the scheduled time. Once there, he informed me that he did not have all the necessary equipment or materials to complete the job. I had Ben Humanes as the craftsman to remove and replace the shutters on my house. Ben was on time and was very professional and has a great personality. Ben took pride in his work. Ben cleaned up after himself too. Me and my wife was very pleased with the Job Ben done. Ben also clean my gutters which I was very appreciative of. If I could give more than five stars I would. I will be reaching back out to Ace Handyman Services for future Jobs.
