Ackerman technician Alex came out today to install a new panel in my home after I switched back to Ackerman Security. It was not my choice in the beginning to leave Ackerman, but my account was transferred to ADT. Once the opportunity presented itself for me to switch back, it was an easy decision. Alex was polite, thorough, and clearly explained everything he was doing and how to operate the new panel. He was also punctual with his arrival time.

So glad to be BACK with Ackerman!! We were not happy when our account was bought by another company, and we are glad that Ackerman has returned even better than before. Steve was great installer & showed me everything on app & new keyboard. Tanner, the sales rep, even helped since i forgot smoke alarm was part of the full system replacement. Thanks Ackerman, its good to be back with you again!
