Action Automatic Door installed a new garage door opener for us. The two technicians who did the work were fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! I would strongly recommend them to all. You won’t be disappointed!
Just two days ago, I found myself in urgent need of a garage door repair. Action Automatic showed up on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time. Carlos, the technician, was very nice to deal with and the service was completed in about 20 minutes. Our garage doors never operated so smooth and quietly. I highly recommend Action Automatic.
We have lived at our house for 6 years and have never had an issue with our garage door until Action Automatic touched it. We had them come out 7/23/25 for a preventive maintenance, as they were cheaper than our previous company, Overhead Door. The tech “fixed” the latch that was rubbing against the rail. Today, 9/3/25, our garage door wouldn’t open. The latch that they “fixed” was now INSIDE the rail, preventing the door from opening. Just ordered our two new garage doors. So far the customer service has been outstanding. Brittany is super efficient and thorough. We tried three different garage door companies, fortunately "Action" has Brittany. Because of Brittany's efficientcy, we actually had an estimate before they came out to measure.
