Had a scheduled time to fix a spring in my garage door. Purposely waited four days because that was as soon as they could get to me. Said it would be between 12-5pm on Wednesday. I had to take a half day off of work to accommodate their availability. 5pm comes and goes and no one showed up. My wife surprised me and had the key pad replaced. The repair man was there for 10 minutes and gave her a $300 bill. SUPRISE! The key pad is $20 on Amazon. Its wireless and only requires programming and two screws. Three if you count the screwing I got. We had used them for 20 years and will never use them again.

I needed a residential door repair in Tallmadge. The repair was done sufficiently. A spring was replaced. The existing cables were fine. No need to be replaced. The worker was at my home for less than 30 minutes. I was charged over $300. When I originally called to schedule the appointment, I described the issue and was told that it was likely a spring. I ordered my new door in late 2021. Due to factory delays door shipped in early March 2022. It was well worth the wait. We love the new look it gives our home. Action's Door installer John might be the best person I have ever worked at my home. John made sure that everything was done the way I wanted. Even down to the install of the accents pieces on the door. I would highly recommend Action Door to anyone that needs repairs or total installation of new door.

Chris and his team were top notch to work with from selecting colors and door style, suggestions on replacing for wraps prior to door installation, to the installation itself.
