I just had my garage door opener replaced by Ben and Albert. They were both professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Action Door to anyone!
I can't say enough about my installer Wallace except that he arrived 10 mins early on time. He was very professional he took the time to explain things that we didn't understand. Wallace was very courteous and made sure the area was clean before he left. If I or anyone that I know should need service in the future, I will definitely recommend Wallace Great guy knows his job he's a keeper!!!!!!!!
I called Action Door last week for a house call to fix what I thought was a broken cable. I was able to get a next day appointment and Al L. came to service my door. He was prompt, professional, and clearly effective at his job. My cable wasn’t even broken, but had just come unattached. I want to say I dealt with the Stow Ohio location they were amazing. Nick the technician came out and was AMAZING. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. I really am so happy with the services. Nick was so compassionate and so understanding and he took his time with me. Thank you I will not deal with anyone else from here on out.
The gentleman who came to service our garage door was skilled and professional. Our old damaged door track seemed beyond repair, after being bumped and bent by our car. Somehow he fixed it in a short time. The price was incredibly affordable and I was thrilled! l. We have had this same company do great work in the past on our old Rocky River garage, and I highly recommend them.
