Last week I scheduled service - then changed the appointment from Tues to Wed. AD cancelled the appointment and never rescheduled me. When they didn't show, I called. No apology for the error. "I don't know who you talked to, but you're not in the schedule. It shows you canceled." I tried to reschedule. Next appointment that worked with my schedule was a week out. I can't say enough about my installer Wallace except that he arrived 10 mins early on time. He was very professional he took the time to explain things that we didn't understand. Wallace was very courteous and made sure the area was clean before he left. If I or anyone that I know should need service in the future, I will definitely recommend Wallace Great guy knows his job he's a keeper!!!!!!!!

I called Action Door last week for a house call to fix what I thought was a broken cable. I was able to get a next day appointment and Al L. came to service my door. He was prompt, professional, and clearly effective at his job. My cable wasn’t even broken, but had just come unattached. He reattached the cable, retensioned the springs, and lubed the track and bend points on my door. The cost was extremely reasonable and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I want to say I dealt with the Stow Ohio location they were amazing. Nick the technician came out and was AMAZING. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. I really am so happy with the services. Nick was so compassionate and so understanding and he took his time with me. Thank you I will not deal with anyone else from here on out.
