If you want a roofer that really cares about you, this is the company for the job. The owner and his staff do everything in their power to make sure the most important part of your house stays "solid and water tight." Had my roof replaced this summer. Not only did they give me a fair quote for the job, but they use high quality shingles and materials. No hard sale when receiving estimate. Easy to work with. Good prices, quality work. Had two layers to remove and was still less expensive than all other quotes that quoted only one layer removal. Took care of all repairs necessary and clean-up afterwards. Would recommend.

Our new roof looks great. The original quote was good and when the workers found some hidden dry rot, Julio gave us a very reasonable price for that additional repair. The work was completed in just a few days with our gutters cleaned and all the debris around the house cleaned up and hauled off.

JC Affordable roofing was great to work with. Julio was kind and professional. He walked me through every step and had no hesitation to answer my questions. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job of cleaning up the job site, not a scrap of any material was left. I would recommend this company to anyone.
