I would like to express how very pleased I was with the A/C Tech, Isaac Gomez. He was professional, courteous and most important very detailed. He also took the time to answer and explain any questions I asked him. He has been here before and each time, same quality service. Great all around service starting with the office staff. They call clients with reminders of any upcoming service due on unit. Staff is always professional and friendly as well. That is equally important!
I've used Air Authoriy for maintaining my units for over a year now and during this time also used them to have a new unit installed. They do a great job of communicating, showing up during the time slots they say they will, and otherwise being very professional. I highly recommend this local hvac company!

Just had a person come out and look at my AC furnace for a diagnostic. They originally told me yesterday that they might not be able to squeeze me in today but if they could, then I would just get a phone call in the morning. So I said OK no problem. They called me and said a technician was on their way and I said great! The technician got here he was professional, very personable knowledgeable, and didn’t try and rip me off of anything.
