This is our 2nd time using air authority, first time using them for electrical services. Zach was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and get the work done under strict time restraints due to the pending sale of our home. Tina was also very helpful and did a commendable job. I would like to express how very pleased I was with the A/C Tech, Isaac Gomez. He was professional, courteous and most important very detailed. He also took the time to answer and explain any questions I asked him. He has been here before and each time, same quality service. Great all around service starting with the office staff. They call clients with reminders of any upcoming service due on unit. Staff is always professional and friendly as well. That is equally important!

I spent thousands on a brand-new, 3-ton full system (outdoor unit and air handler) installed by Air Authority on February 18th. By April 30th—barely two months later—the unit was already failing and making a suspicious humming noise. When the technician found the system was low on refrigerant, he simply "topped it off" and told me this was normal. When the office finally called me back, they doubled down on this nonsense, claiming that adding refrigerant to a brand-new HVAC system is "normal, like adding air to new car tires... read more

Air Authority did a great installation job for my house. Very professional and fast installation. The crew was very professional and informative. One day installation and cooled the house immediately.
