David came out today for our contracted winter check on the heating system. There are not enough great words for this review on him. He is very personable and caring about our system. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and explaining everything. He took his time and wasn't in and out. We brought up the fact that we didn't feel like the tech that came out in the spring had checked the ac unit outside properly. He checked it and cleaned it properly. Sam was wonderful. He came to check on my heater and quickly found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely start using Airmasters going forward and refer everyone to them. So easy to make appointments and not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The young lady that answers the phone is so very friendly. Great team!
It was a pleasure dealing with the entire Airmasters AC, Heating & Plumbing organization. From our initial inquiry to working with Caleb to determine the best selection for our heating and cooling needs it was a seamless process. Airmasters offered us 3 potential and affordable options to meet our needs. I came home to a warm home on Tuesday evening. I was referred to AirMasters and gave them a call at 5:20. Shannon Holmes was out to my house by 6:30. By 7:45 our AC was fixed!! He was very honest, friendly, and professional! We signed up for them to service our system because of the professionalism that was shown to us. Thank you for such a quick and fantastic job!!
Excellent service! Daniel was very efficient and easy to talk to. He explained everything he did and tried hard to make low cost repairs if possible. He seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about air conditioning systems. We would highly recommend him.
