I never have tried Airmasters but I needed a plumber and an electrician. They sent both out. Everyone was courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. The plumber installed a new faucet and capped a leaking refrigerator water line. The electrician installed a plug for a flat screen tv I want to mount on the wall. Airmasters is number one on my list if you need either service.
Airmasters sent their tech Roddy Hernandez out to do a check up on our AC system. I work as a wholesaler in the HVAC industry, and I have to say, Roddy is one of the best technicians I've met in my 30 years in the industry. Very personable guy and knows his stuff. Air Masters are a great company. Roddy was out doing an annual checkup on my AC. He was both courteous and efficient. He answered all my questions as well as giving me tips on conserving energy. He covered his boots when he came from outside to make sure he wouldn't bring dirt inside. We will certainly recommend air masters to our neighbors. Roddy was very nice to talk to and arrived on time.
Thank you Air masters for a job well done! Your customer service was top notch. We were given an extremely reasonable bid to remedy our problem, in a timely manner. The crew who came to replace our unit was thorough, and respectful! We are very pleased with our new unit, and highly recommend.
The technician was very good about explaining things to me. To help me to understand. He was very thorough with checking the system both inside and out. It probably took him extra time to do my job because it's in such a small area and he didn't complain. Very good craftsmanship and work ethic.
