Kyle Sima was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us and get us an estimate. We had a little trouble with our door and he went out of his way to help us get that fixed. He was friendly, informative and very personable. We had a great experience
Our heat went out during the snowstorm. The team was outstanding responding within 20 minutes. Josh is very knowledgeable, courteous and accurate on the repairs. We truly appreciate all that your team did for our family. I highly recommend them for any repairs or maintenance. They have gained a customer for life.
David came out today for our contracted winter check on the heating system. There are not enough great words for this review on him. He is very personable and caring about our system. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and explaining everything. He took his time and wasn't in and out. We brought up the fact that we didn't feel like the tech that came out in the spring had checked the ac unit outside properly. He checked it and cleaned it properly. Sam was wonderful. He came to check on my heater and quickly found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely start using Airmasters going forward and refer everyone to them. So easy to make appointments and not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The young lady that answers the phone is so very friendly. Great team!
It was a pleasure dealing with the entire Airmasters AC, Heating & Plumbing organization. From our initial inquiry to working with Caleb to determine the best selection for our heating and cooling needs it was a seamless process. Airmasters offered us 3 potential and affordable options to meet our needs.
