I never have tried Airmasters but I needed a plumber and an electrician. They sent both out. Everyone was courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. The plumber installed a new faucet and capped a leaking refrigerator water line. The electrician installed a plug for a flat screen tv I want to mount on the wall. Airmasters is number one on my list if you need either service.
Highly recommend Airmasters! Our technician, Roddy Hernandez, was absolutely amazing — extremely knowledgeable and provided fabulous customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It's rare to find someone so professional and friendly. Thank you, Roddy, and thank you Airmasters!
Sam with Airmasters came out on a Saturday and fixed the AC for us! My house was 80 degrees and we were hosting a wedding reception that afternoon! He absolutely saved the day!!! I appreciate y'all so much! He was able to get out here quickly, very polite, professional and did an amazing job!!!
Air Masters are a great company. Roddy was out doing an annual checkup on my AC. He was both courteous and efficient. He answered all my questions as well as giving me tips on conserving energy. He covered his boots when he came from outside to make sure he wouldn't bring dirt inside. We will certainly recommend air masters to our neighbors. Roddy was very nice to talk to and arrived on time.
I must commend the exceptional customer service I received. When my air conditioning unit malfunctioned at 4 a.m., I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call by 8 a.m. to arrange a service appointment. Furthermore, Rosendo's prompt arrival and efficient repair of my air conditioning unit were truly impressive. I will certainly continue to rely on Airmasters for all my servicing requirements.
