My furnace started making a loud squealing and thumping sound, so my home warranty company sent Anytime Heating and Cooling to check it out. The technician was in and out in under five minutes and insisted everything was fine. We both heard the noises and I even showed him a video of it but he brushed it off. I asked several times if a furnace is supposed to sound like that and he told me several times it was normal, then reported to my warranty company that there was nothing wrong. My central A/C bit the dust after 27 years. Anytime Heating/Cooling was the installer assigned to the replacement by my home warranty company (American Home Shield). I have no complaints. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers, was courteous, responsive and professional. My replacement system was ordered on Wednesday, June 4th, and it arrived the next day. Experienced problems with my central air. Dalton from Anytime Heat & Cool arrived early. He immediately went to work. Within 15 minutes, he identified the problem and initiated repairs. OH, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM! Anytime Heating and Cooling was awesome! Had a few techs come out after discovering that my ducts in the basement weren't attached to anything. I initially went through my home warranty but SURPRISE home warranty sucks and decided the claim didn't fall within my policy.
