Don't be fooled by the beautiful showroom. Architessa does not provide high-end, consistent, quality products and does not take responsibility for their mistakes. The people that work there either do not have experience with what they sell, or are purposely doing a 'bait-and-switch'. Architessa is a beautiful space with knowledgeable and friendly staff! So many options to select from. We are currently in the process of adding tile to our fireplace and have had a great experience working with Kristy so far!

I have dealt with Cassidi twice within the last 3 weeks and she has always been knowledgeable, patient, and professional as I ordered tiles and grout from Architessa. I am very appreciative of the service received and thankful that she made the experience so pleasant. The tiles ordered were beautiful and in tact.
