Jason from Atherton Plumbing was exceptional. I would give him more than 5 stars. He took care of the issue for me and double checked to make sure everything was correct. Very pleasant and knows his plumbing. Definitely very happy with his work and with Atherton. I thought the pricing was very fair. Lower than another area company that I had used previously. Highly recommend Atherton.
I am still disappointed and I feel we were taken advantage of a little bit because in was the holiday... initially we were quoted 2050.00 dollars then it jumped to 2666.68... I would like a detailed itemized list for each quote so I can understand the differences... that is a big jump in price... I should have resisted and said no in hindsight sight... it is fixed but we are certainly not happy and satisfied... the installers were supposed to have the owner call me but that never happened… Update as of 7/10/24… Mike the own... read more
Nick is a skilled plumber. He found our issue and. quickly repaired it. Nick took care of any mess that was made because of the repair, too. 🙂 He was patient with my questions and gave clear, understandable answers. We will need more work completed and we will request Nick to come back.
Jason was an outstanding service technician. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. He installed my replacement water heater about as quickly as you can, and he explained the importance of registering the water heater's warranty. No mess to clean up, and he left my basement exactly as he found it. Very professional. Atherton, give this guy a raise!
Ryan did a great job opening our drain today. He was incredibly patient and had a fantastic attitude. He is also very knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. Highly recommend!
