I am still disappointed and I feel we were taken advantage of a little bit because in was the holiday... initially we were quoted 2050.00 dollars then it jumped to 2666.68... I would like a detailed itemized list for each quote so I can understand the differences... that is a big jump in price... I should have resisted and said no in hindsight sight... it is fixed but we are certainly not happy and satisfied... the installers were supposed to have the owner call me but that never happened… Update as of 7/10/24… Mike the own... read more
We were extremely pleased with the expediancy of service provided on the same day we called. Another plumbing company inspected our problem but was not able to fix it the same day. Randall Glover with Atherton Plumbing was out within 3-4 hours, assessed the problem and had it fixed quickly and with as less hassle and expense as possible. Very quick to react to service call at my grandmas house. Arrived within 20-30 minutes of calling on a sunday afternoon. Great experience with Atherton Plumbing and our tech whom explained everything to me. Received confirmation email of time for arriving next day for heater removal and replacement. Very nice.
