Got our Samsung Icemaker replaced by David. He was courteous, communicated what was needed easily, and very helpful. Two visits and it was fixed. Only paid for the repair, as long as you proceed with the repair when they diagnose it. The whole team was easy to do business with, by answering the phone and sending text message and email confirmation. Start to finish, easy setup and easy repair appointment. I understand why they have a stellar reputation. Will do business with them again, when needed.
We always use East Coast Appliance for all our repair jobs. Their response time and quick repairs are always excellent. David has been our technician the last two times ( different appliances)and does a great job!
Beware of inflated repair costs and upselling. Atlantic Coast Appliance quoted me $800–$1,200 to fix a broken door latch on my 2-year-old LG washer. Their explanation? They only use original LG parts, and since LG doesn’t sell the latch by itself, they said I needed a whole new door—at a price that also appeared to be marked up about 2×.
