We always use East Coast Appliance for all our repair jobs. Their response time and quick repairs are always excellent. David has been our technician the last two times ( different appliances)and does a great job!

First time experience with them and turned out Excellent! Eric the technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful! Appliance fixed quickly. Would Definitely recommend them!

I used this company to get an estimate for dryer heating element not working. They sent out a repairman who said in an estimate that I needed three parts totaling $750. The parts were twice the cost found online and if I didn't use them to make the repair, I would still have to pay $119 for receiving the estimate. I was also given an estimate for a new appliance at $1500. I then sent out more reliable repairman who fixed the issue with an $18 fuse!
