Update: the owner and called and made it right with us. The owner and his wife did not have to do that and it shows their integrity. It sounded like they are addressing the issue with the technician and making sure their standards are upheld. My husband (Kyle) called to make an appointment and the technician Eric walked right into the house didn’t introduce himself and was very rude. A new refrigerator was delivered and set up today by service specialist Jonathan! Johnathan was a very cordial, polite and efficient in every aspect of the job! Answered all my questions politely and knowledgeable! Great young man!
I really trust this company. They helped me a ton with my refrigerator that had a freezer door frozen shut from a leak. I didn’t know where I should look into replacement or repair. I’m very happy with the advice and results of Aaron’s repair. They’re reasonably priced, incredibly easy to work with, and honest/knowledgable advice. Thank you Aaron and your company! I’ll be coming back when I need to buy a new fridge or appliance one day
I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were upfront, fair, and truly helpful. It’s rare to find a business that’s not just trying to upsell you — they actually helped me save money and fix the issue the right way. I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need appliance help. Trustworthy and highly recommended!
We called them for a service call. The guy came out. He was super rude and unprofessional. They tried to scam us out of additional charges that were not justified and we're not wrong. We had the appliance professionally repaired. I do not recommend this company. They are one of those companies that will take advantage of you beware
