Got our Samsung Icemaker replaced by David. He was courteous, communicated what was needed easily, and very helpful. Two visits and it was fixed. Only paid for the repair, as long as you proceed with the repair when they diagnose it. The whole team was easy to do business with, by answering the phone and sending text message and email confirmation. Start to finish, easy setup and easy repair appointment. I understand why they have a stellar reputation. Will do business with them again, when needed.

Update: the owner and called and made it right with us. The owner and his wife did not have to do that and it shows their integrity. It sounded like they are addressing the issue with the technician and making sure their standards are upheld. My husband (Kyle) called to make an appointment and the technician Eric walked right into the house didn’t introduce himself and was very rude. It’s rare to find a business that’s not just trying to upsell you — they actually helped me save money and fix the issue the right way. A new refrigerator was delivered and set up today by service specialist Jonathan! Johnathan was a very cordial, polite and efficient in every aspect of the job! Answered all my questions politely and knowledgeable! Great young man!
