First time experience with them and turned out Excellent! Eric the technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful! Appliance fixed quickly. Would Definitely recommend them!

I used this company to get an estimate for dryer heating element not working. They sent out a repairman who said in an estimate that I needed three parts totaling $750. The parts were twice the cost found online and if I didn't use them to make the repair, I would still have to pay $119 for receiving the estimate. I was also given an estimate for a new appliance at $1500. I then sent out more reliable repairman who fixed the issue with an $18 fuse! Our dryer quit working over the weekend. On Monday, shortly after they opened, I stopped by their location to schedule service. Less that four hours later, their tech was at my house and fixed the problem in minutes. (Broken timer knob)
