My son got braces put on here at Bayou Braces Lafayette back in February. and I have to say everything has been great. The staff is always friendly. and We get seen on time for his appointments.
Don’t take any chances here. You will sit for hours waiting your turn. They don’t mention certain prices on purpose until after your work was done. Save you a trip and go to an actual ortho who knows what they are doing and better organized.
Great overall experience, in resuming treatment for my braces. It was a quick, easy and painless process. Bindhu was who tended to me today, and she was phenomenal—informative, patient and very pleasant.
i loved itttt Sasha is so much fun and patient ( no like really she’s hilarious )!! everyone has such a positive attitude and my braces process was very smooth🥰!! they forgot to give me shirt since i got braces though loll 😭!!
I would definitely choose a private Orthodontist office if I had it to do again. They do not work with you in emergency situations to see your child in quickly. If a bracket breaks or you try to reschedule your appointment they will not see you for 6-8 weeks although you signed a contract that includes these services for the $6k they are being paid for braces.
