As a mom with 2 children who needed braces, I was excited when I heard about Bayou Braces. I felt their advertisement was spot on for New Orleanians. My son was actually the very first patient to have braces put on at the location on Chef, behind Raising Canes. They were a very new location and the office was very nice. I’ve been dealing with this office since it opened, and in the last 6 to 7 months, the customer service has improved tremendously. I now feel safe sending my kids in to check themselves in without fear of mistreatment. One of the employees, Tia, provides amazing customer service and knows how to meet customers’ needs to provide the best service.
My granddaughter got her braces done here, the experience was absolutely amazing!! The staff were very friendly, and informed!! 1 month later she broke a bracket, I think that’s what it’s called.
