I don't know this place have 4 stars it must be people they know doing reviews for them I thought this was a good place for my son to get braces I was wrong I will be so glad when its over they have this option where you can finance with this company and I did but every time you make a payment the office cant see that they even tried to deny my son from going to his appointment because they said we didn't make a payment when it comes out of out account each month that's not my problem that you cant see it maybe y'all should ... read more
Real impressed-really satisfied with my overall experience at Bayou Braces! I had a somewhat severe case according the staff here but with very easy to follow instructions, I walked out of that Orthodontist office with a smile so perfect it doesn’t look real! Appreciation goes out to Dee: she kept me in the game throughout most of my sessions and was super excited to see the finished result. Thanks again guys. Couldn’t be any happier.
Dr. Richardson and their team are absolutely fantastic! They made me feel comfortable throughout my entire treatment, clearly explained every step, and most importantly, delivered amazing results with my smile. Destinee the front desk receptionist is always smiling and very professional and knowing of the patients. Matthew was an awesome tech and he went far and beyond to make sure my braces and brackets were comfortable in my mouth before leaving. Thank you Destinee, Mat and BB for all that you guys do.
