I paid $150 for this service and am extremely disappointed with the result. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here—you’ll be paying a high price for a very poor haircut. Shame on Bella Rinova. I have updated my review to reflect how poorly my haircut turned out. This salon has shown no accountability for the quality of service provided. I would not recommend getting a haircut here.

Alex Huitz is truly one of the best! Bella Rinova is a beautiful salon that delivers a first-class customer experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team’s professionalism shines as they guide you from check-in to wash, color, and styling. Let me start by saying the service was amazing from Linda and Zeba. They understood I had a nursing baby at home and teamed up to help get me in and out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the end result was not what I was hoping for with my hair color or nails. I love my cut so compliments on that end but I provided the attached photo and you can compare to end result. Chris has been doing my hair for decades now and he always does an outstanding job. We have modified my color and highlights, we have modified my cut, we have straightened my hair, doesn’t matter. He is a very gifted stylist and the results are always fabulous. I would like to point out that he is an expert at dealing with curly hair, and not every stylist is. Trey is an absolute artist. He’s the most talented hairstylist I’ve ever had and my hair has never looked healthier. The color and cut are always stunning, and I get compliments constantly. My hair is also so much easier to style now, and it stays looking amazing for days-seriously the best it’s ever been. On top of all that, Trey is such a kind, genuine person and I always look forward to my appointments. I recommend him 1000%!
