Great work that was completed on schedule. We experienced a water leak that damaged the flooring in multiple rooms. Big Blue Restoration was fast to come out to assess the problem and repair the damage. They worked seamlessly with our insurance provider limiting any additional burden on us. Our floors were expertly repaired and now look better than they did before the damage occurred. Two weeks before Thanksgiving, 2019, we had a water line, in the kitchen, burst while we were away. The damage was extensive. We contacted our insurance company and were referred to Big Blue Restoration. Within 2 hours, someone was here and immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate the water damage. After meeting with the insurance agent, it was determined that our kitchen cabinets and flooring had to be replaced. Mike, Anthony and team are amazing! I contacted another company before Big Blue and the difference in transparency and professionalism was astounding! They helped me through an entire water damage nightmare, worked directly with my insurance company, and made sure every step was taken to put my house back together the right way. We had.a fire and didn’t know where to turn. Big Blue was recommended to us and as soon as I met the team, I knew they were who we needed on our side!
