Mike and his team were outstanding. The apartment was heavily cluttered by the tenants, but they handled everything with care and professionalism. They took the time to show me anything they found that might have value, which I truly appreciated. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for. They did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely recommend them!

We had a mouse infestation over the winter that left droppings and urine everywhere in our basement. Mike and his team work quickly and professionally. They did a very thorough and impressive job cleaning up our basement, organizing everything, and also removing clutter that had built up over the years. Overall, very impressed with their work. Would hire again and highly recommend their service to anyone with similar problems.

I can't say enough great things about Mike and his crew at BioOne. We had two chimney cleanouts that previously had mice living inside and needed to be addressed. Mike was prompt with his communication, and came to inspect my home within two days. Upon inspection, Mike gave me detailed and transparent information about the process and what to expect - which provided confidence and peace of mind. We had a large space, 1,800 square feet, containing a mix of items we had collected over many years. Living in a wooded area, we were susceptible to critters finding their way into the storage area. Snakes, mice and squirrels were the usual suspects. As a result, much of the area contained droppings from these critters and we were concerned our belongings were also contaminated.
