I'm so happy with the work Bio-One did in cleaning out 100+ years of stuff in our historic building and making it a safe space! The crew was incredibly respectful of the history of the house, and they treated it with great care. They worked hard, but they were very careful. They were extremely friendly and put my mind at ease during this daunting job. Thanks to the entire crew - Mike, Ayden, Tim, Samantha and Mila - for making two large wasted spaces safe and usable again. Great job!

I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and Bio-One of Worcester. A+++ I needed to have an area of a bedroom cleaned after a medical emergency. I called Mike and spoke with him on Thurdsay. Today is Friday and the job was completed today. Fast service! He answered all my questions and was actually able to save most areas of carpet frim being ripped up and disposed of. Bio-One Worcester was very responsive in evaluating my situation, scheduling the remediation project, and completing it within the estimate. The results are "clean": the site is thoroughly cleaned, the retained objects are cleaned and accessibly stacked. Mike Belanger and his project team have been very courteous and considerate. Follow-up has been commendable as well. Bio-One Worcester gets my recommendation.

I am so thankful i came across Mike & his team. 10 stars to him & this company!! He came for inspection to our house on the same day i called him and graciously checked the whole basement and the kitchen area for any rodent activity. They are so busy but after I requested for quicker cleanup request he scheduled one for the next day itself understanding the urgency.
