The Bragg Home Services Team did a fantastic job installing a new HVac system (dual zone and dual speed). Terrific upgrade compared to the original system. Also installed the Halo water softener filter system and added a timer for our circulation pump. Owner of Bragg has a similar townhouse unit as ours so knew the perfect solution.
My experience could not have been more pleasant! Every single Bragg employee, whether on the phone or in person, was personable and professional, well trained in their specific job and in customer relations! They were always on time, confident and competent in what they had to do, cleaned up the work space after completing their task, were easy to communicate with, and represented themselves and Bragg in the best possible way! Excellent work and a great team. Extremely professional. They got our projects done on time, even though they were very busy that day. My son is really happy with the result. He now has water in his kitchen and the leaky basin in the garage is replaced and properly connected to the drain so no concern about flooding his garage gym. Bragg Home Service remained flexible for changes I made to the installation location without batting a eye. They did quality work and spoke to my mother in her native tough and with respect. I will use them again for my water heater after the success of my heat pump. The cat kept an eye on them and told me the service was purrrrfect.
