Bragg did an incredible job!! Not only were their prices the best out there, they were able to complete the ducting for my home SO fast and made the whole process so easy! Bragg Home Service remained flexible for changes I made to the installation location without batting a eye. They did quality work and spoke to my mother in her native tough and with respect. I will use them again for my water heater after the success of my heat pump. The cat kept an eye on them and told me the service was purrrrfect.
Bragg was very helpful. They were the only company that I could find to change my gas in wall heater. They swapped it out got it run. That evening it wouldn’t kick back on. They had someone out the next day to fix the issue and my home is nice and warm now. Great customer service, would definitely recommend using them!
Very responsive and friendly service. I am glad I chose Bragg to replace my water heater. Tankless was the way to go, and when I thought had an issue, they came immediately both times. Very satisfied with the service, response time, information received and choices I was given throughout the process. I was even offered an earlier appointment!
Bragg just finished re-insulating my attic insulation after I’d had a rodent problem. The crew was on time, communicated throughout, did a fantastic job, cleared everything on the scope list and were a pleasure to work with. Cleaned everything before departing.
