Bragg Home Service remained flexible for changes I made to the installation location without batting a eye. They did quality work and spoke to my mother in her native tough and with respect. I will use them again for my water heater after the success of my heat pump. The cat kept an eye on them and told me the service was purrrrfect.
Bragg was very helpful. They were the only company that I could find to change my gas in wall heater. They swapped it out got it run. That evening it wouldn’t kick back on. They had someone out the next day to fix the issue and my home is nice and warm now. Great customer service, would definitely recommend using them!
Excellent experience. At no time did I feel the crew was less than professional and capable. The work estimate was detailed and transparent; personnel were patient with my questions; they assisted me with partial financing. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they were definitely worth a little more, to receive the kind of service I received. Tell them Sue sent you!
BRAGG Home Services is an exceptional company! I called to book a home quote for air conditioning mini splits. I live in an apartment complex and was going to pay to have them installed. Tyler Flora came over to give me a quote and was honest about the cost as a renter. He gave me another option that I could use until I buy a home in a couple years. Great company! I switched from my old company of 20 years. Ben was really knowledgeable & and didn't try to pressure sell me. Ben repaired plumbing in my Kithen & bathroom. He was on time, professional, friendly & price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company & Ben to all my friends & family.
