Once again Carstar in Ottawa did a fantastic job repairing our vehicle after an unfortunate experience with a deer! They handled everything from beginning to end! Communication was provided throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend!
Really helpful staff. Worked hard to get my car done despite set-backs. Staff even agreed to wait after closing for me due to issues. Felt they went above and beyond (contacted rental company, etc) to make me feel like a priority.
Doug helped us when we had some damage to our vehicle after a fire. He was excellent!! Highly recommend!
Carstar did an amazing job fixing my Highlander, after a deer ran in front of me, and ruined my entire right front end. They kept me up to date and made sure everything was stress free for me. They even handled my rental car return. They were always very nice and even cleaned my car before I picked it up! 10/10 recommend!
These guys are great. Brought my Nissan that I'm leasing to them for a ding and they actually explained in detail what would have to be done and the cost and recommended just having the Nissan Dealer look at and tell me what it might cost. How many body shops would have done this? I appreciate the honesty instead of just saying yeah we'll do it and oh it's gonna cost you a couple of grand. Thanks guys!
