I had the back Tail liftgate replaced on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Even though sadly, I just got the car and I hated to even bring it in to get it fixed I am beyond pleased with the outcome and the customer service! This is a local business that takes pride in their work. A rarity these days! From the friendly gals up front to the estimater I was very pleased. They also called me keeping me posted about the work being done. And the bonus was a car wash in side and out! 5 * recommended!
My car was rear-ended causing extensive damage. I have Progressive Insurance and Scola immediately reached out to schedule a drop off time. Once dropped off, Scola gave me a very reasonable deadline for completion of repairs and met the deadline, even ahead of schedule. My car was also returned spotless and the interior clean. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Was reassuring to know the car was in good hands and made to be as good as new. Always recommend when any body damage is sustained.
I was in an accident and had body work done here through my insurance. The work they were hired to complete looks great! Looks just like it did before! My issue is that I was told that it would be done after 2 weeks. When I called at that time I was told everyday for 4 days they thought it would be done the next day.
