I was in an accident and had body work done here through my insurance. The work they were hired to complete looks great! Looks just like it did before! My issue is that I was told that it would be done after 2 weeks. When I called at that time I was told everyday for 4 days they thought it would be done the next day. I had the back Tail liftgate replaced on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Even though sadly, I just got the car and I hated to even bring it in to get it fixed I am beyond pleased with the outcome and the customer service! Brought my car in for estimate. James gave me the estimate with in 30 minutes and said he had to order some parts. After they arrived, I was called and a date was set for me to bring the car in. I brought the car in on that day and left it. I the afternoon I was called and told all repairs are complete. I went back to the shop and paid less than the estimate. This is a local business that takes pride in their work. A rarity these days! From the friendly gals up front to the estimater I was very pleased. They also called me keeping me posted about the work being done. And the bonus was a car wash in side and out! 5 * recommended!
I have to say thank you to Tony and his whole team at CARSTAR. This is coming from a 25-year-old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars and had to deal with an insurance claim for the first time ever after someone hit me and wrecked the favorite thing I own.
