Anthony at Oswego was an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond with his service every time I had a situation with a rental car, which was four times he took his time and sat with me to make sure that my phone would pair with the service and stepped up with me. He was a beyond compare employee. I would recommend service with enterprise just because Anthony or Tony really made the experience the best experience ever hands-down he really made it the bus my car was in the service from. 10/21 1/22…

CARSTAR communicated with me the whole time. They made the process very easy. They helped get the rental car and return it. The lady at the front desk is so nice. It’s always nice to have a friendly person to talk to.

Got into an accident was hit from behind it cracked the bumper. Dropped car off January 20 car was completed January 22! The color match was perfection. You would never be able to tell the bumper was cracked annd replaced. Bonus, they cleaned the inside and the outside of my car! Excellent work, thanks Dan!

Everyone did a fantastic job, from estimate, to drop off, and pick up. They completed the work as scheduled and washed the car, cleaned the inside and the windows. Will definitely go back when needed. Top notch service.

When I had my vehicle repaired here it was a nice, stress free process. CarStar communicated directly with my insurance to fix a few hiccups at the beginning and that was super helpful. They also communicated with the rental agency for me- an introverts dream. Thank you, my Kona looks good as new :)
