Brian Woolery is one of the best service advisors. I’ve been coming to this dealership going on 6 years any time I’ve gotten him as an advisor he always does an excellent job at explaining what’s going on with my car. Brian is someone you want to stick with when bringing your car to a dealership any questions or concerns you may have Brian can answer. 1) Dropped off vehicle the night prior for a 715am appointment and no update until I reached out after noon. The service rep called after 2pm (7 hours after appt time for service authorization). 2) Link for vehicle update not working / website down for most of the day. When it came back up it showed vehicle still in service after I returned home with vehicle. Our service Advisor's communication should have been better and his customer service skills were lacking. After speaking with him the evening before about leaving my truck overnight, I had to call him the next day for an update. A courtesy call would have been nice. Then after our phone call, I arrive at the dealership waiting in the outside svc covered bay area looking for him. Several svc advisors passed me without asking if I had been helped. Excellent. Need furniture fabric cleaned in waiting room. Please don't raise your prices if you do. Francisco is great. Service excellent. New Wiper blades front and back, Fuel induction and injection, engine filter replaced and BG throttle. 27 point free inspection performed.
My service advisor Brian was awesome. He treated me very well, greeted me and held a conversation with me while checking me in. He communicated all the services with me and made sure I knew what exactly was going to be done to my vehicle.
