Appointment scheduled online easily. Greeted at our appointed time with courtesy and professionalism. Taken to waiting area that was clean and warm. Free coffee available. Young woman came thru with free snack. Otherwise vending for soda and other snacks were available for purchase. We were kept up to date on progress via text. We were thanked for being a customer. Price for maintenance work was better than expected! This is why we are a return customer. Michael was our service consultant. 5 stars Mike!

I keep getting requests to complete surveys about my visit when I haven’t even been there. This time it was about my visit yesterday…I was working for 14 hours so I promise I wasn’t there. And probably won’t ever go back there for anything anyway. My original visit in January, when I purchased my car and the headlight had issues- I dealt with Caleb and my experience was awful, nobody knew what the hell was going on.
