Appointment scheduled online easily. Greeted at our appointed time with courtesy and professionalism. Taken to waiting area that was clean and warm. Free coffee available. Young woman came thru with free snack. Otherwise vending for soda and other snacks were available for purchase. We were kept up to date on progress via text. We were thanked for being a customer. Price for maintenance work was better than expected! This is why we are a return customer. Michael was our service consultant. 5 stars Mike!

He takes the time to clearly explain service needs, options, and timelines, ensuring there are no surprises and that every question is answered with patience and honesty.
Francisco is very good at what he does and super professional and the rest of the team as well, including over the phone. Also, they will notify you of updates on the process . Thanks to the entire team!!! My service was the module to my gas tank. Car running smoothly!
Service Advisor Robert Walker did a great job scheduling my appointment, making sure the work was finished in a timely manner, and helping me use GM rewards toward the payment. I’ll definitely ask for him for future service visits.
1) Dropped off vehicle the night prior for a 715am appointment and no update until I reached out after noon. The service rep called after 2pm (7 hours after appt time for service authorization). 2) Link for vehicle update not working / website down for most of the day. When it came back up it showed vehicle still in service after I returned home with vehicle.
