The process for securing a car loan with Coosa Valley Credit Union was an extremely easy and an exceptionally positive experience.  Given this was my first time using a Credit Union, I did not know what to expect.  My only regret is that I did not use Coosa Valley on my earlier car purchases.  Not only did I get a great interest rate, the dealership could not match, but the people are also kind and provide great service.  If you do not give Coosa Valley Credit Union a chance to finance your next care, you're making a mistake... read more

This is by far the best bank I have been with. All of the employees are super helpful and respectful. The customer service couldnt be better. Friendly environment when you come in and it doesnt overwhelm you with huge cameras everywhere. This process is simple and smooth, I would recommend the High rewards checking account. And I would recommend this bank for any young people looking to build credit and learn about credit. Stephen and Ayodeji have both been very helpful and informing. They told me over phone that all you needed was credit score to refinance and then in office they told me you have to have a certain amount of miles if I knew the mileage requirement I wouldn’t of wasted my time to go here 3 separate phone calls none talking about the requirements only credit score and then lady in office told me I don’t meet the requirements yet still wants to know my credit score like it matters anymore

My experience was great! Edit, I changed this to a 1-star because I'm pretty unhappy after 8 months. If you get a car loan, be sure to READ the fine print. Also, you'll be charged a $5 fee every time you withdraw money from your checking account. Why is that a problem? They require you to set up direct deposit with the car loan. "Oh, don't worry, you can move money with online banking after the direct deposit......." failed to mention the fee for each withdrawal.

We had a wonderful experience! Kim made our auto loan process a breeze and she made us feel so comfortable and less anxious about the car buying process! Our rate was great and the dealership couldn’t match anything close to what Coosa gave us. Thank you so much Kimberly and thanks Coosa!
