I love this bank but I hate that after hours you can’t get any help if something goes wrong. If your card messes up Friday you’ll have to wait all weekend to get it fixed. That’s insane to me. They need to open Saturday and have a limited after hours customer service. Been a member since 2014 but I’ll be changing banks first thing when I get off today.
Absolutely love banking here!!! I highly highly recommend bringing all your banking needs here! The nicest part is they treat you like family more than just a customer. Elizabeth, the branch manager, is amazing and will do whatever it takes to make your banking experience here the best! Love the staff at Ccvu of Calhoun!! Keep up the great work y’all! Absolutely loved getting my bank account sorted here! The people are so amiable and willing to help, and really made me feel welcomed. Mrs. Elizabeth Cash took care of everything we needed and answered all of our questions kindly and completely. Highly reccomend doing your business here!!
