The complex is gorgeous! There’s a beautiful little trail for tenants and their pets. The complex itself is separate from any other businesses or buildings so it’s remote. Nobody is turning in unless they live here (or visiting). It’s close to all the stores you need and Jasmine has been amazing at helping me get settled in, even with errors on my part! Occupancy is currently low so be quick in applying is all I’ll say 👀
I’ll start with the good: the apartment itself is actually really nice. The layout is great, finishes are decent, and its modern and comfortable inside. If you’re judging just by the unit, you’d probably think this place is a solid choice. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The entire complex constantly smells like weed — in the hallways, stairwells, nothing ever gets done about it. If you’re sensitive to smells or just want a clean, respectful living environment, this is not the place. Parking is a nightmare.... read more
This is my first apartment that I will be renting ever, and I just wanted to thank the people that have been so helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. I am moving in this week and I just got off the phone with Ty and she was an absolute angel and is going to be helping the day of move in to get settled. Beware of a few things: 1. Once you sign your lease, office staff will be slow to assist you with anything. Management does not return emails. 2. Beware of random charges on your account. Management will not communicate with you regarding charges on your account due to their error. They will request all this proof and not assist. 3. Staff changed twice since I been here. I’ve only been here two months.
Jacqueline is honestly the sweetest person, n I am grateful she was my main point of contact. She helped me the entire way, gave me all the info I needed, n even extra information I toured this complex 3 times and had great experiences with Jacqueline and Jasmine each time.
