Carlos Huerta just installed my new Amarr garage door. He arrived on time, explained what he was installing and made sure I was getting what I ordered. Since Carlos was by himself, I ask if he needed my assistance to unload. He said thank you, and politely said he was fine and did not need my assistance. He said he has been doing this for over 10 years and has a routine down. Joe did a great job in fixing my garage door. He explained everything to me really well and also was great in communicating with me when he was going to arrive at my home. Excellent work! SECOND VISIT...Joe replaced the outside panel and again was very friendly, courteous and on time.

Design Array was very easy to schedule with. They worked entirely with my schedule, and , actually showed up early for the repair which was an awesome treat! The Technician, Brody, was knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Patrick provided us with great customer service! He was friendly, polite, on time and explained the process to us before and during installation. He asked if we had any questions at the end and took time to demonstrate our new garage door features to us. Thank you Patrick!

Joe Watson showed up on time and was patiently waiting as I was 10 minutes late coming from work. Efficient quick and upfront Joe did a great job fixed the repair needed and was gone with a smile. You never know who’s going to show up and how you’d feel about letting them into your home but Joe was awesome. We heartily recommend this company and especially Joe.
