All I did was call for a price on my C.C. Z-Force with a 48 inch deck. The man in parts kept asking if it was a star mount or triangle. It's neither and I kept telling him that. It's just a spindle going through the blade. After he got quite upset, he asked if I bought it there, I did, and he said, rather huffily, that he'd look it up buy the order number. UPDATE: had issues with the dewalt and staff was great with the return and helping me select this toro. Wanted to stray from gas figuring it be easier but more of a hassle. Mark is great remembers customers very well and was making sure I was more than pleased with this. Just got to use it tand more than happy with the purchase and at the price point. I cannot rave enough about their customer service and the integrity of the staff. I called them after the warranty department for my tractor referred them as an approved repair shop. I explained the issue to them over the phone, and even though they would have probably gotten a higher payout from the warranty company and more money from me for pickup/delivery charge, they were honest with me and advised I drive out and just get a new battery 1st (even though another place stated the battery was still good). I'm beyond happy with the purchases I've made here at Doc's. I will certainly be getting all my lawn and garden equipment from them in the future. Mark has been especially helpful with each purchase I've made and will definitely consult with him when I need to make my next purchase.

My husband bought a 50 inch Toro timecutter zero turn mower. The deck belt broke 1 month into using. They said they would have to order and it would take about a week to come in. We kept calling and no belt after 2 weeks. Since they didnt have my number on file, I called and asked about a deck belt and the parts guy gon say I have one and it's $68.50. So they wanted to sell a belt when mower was still under warranty. After that, they called the next day saying the belt came in. Seemed a little shady. Will not deal with the... read more
