Very knowledgeable mechanic that are honest went in looking for a used zero turn and he walked me through everyone they had and explained each one to me and let me know the benefits of each one! Thank you guys for your fast and great service!
UPDATE: had issues with the dewalt and staff was great with the return and helping me select this toro. Wanted to stray from gas figuring it be easier but more of a hassle. Mark is great remembers customers very well and was making sure I was more than pleased with this. Just got to use it tand more than happy with the purchase and at the price point. All I did was call for a price on my C.C. Z-Force with a 48 inch deck. The man in parts kept asking if it was a star mount or triangle. It's neither and I kept telling him that. It's just a spindle going through the blade. After he got quite upset, he asked if I bought it there, I did, and he said, rather huffily, that he'd look it up buy the order number. If you have a bad experience here, I’d have a hard time believing it— I have recently purchased a zero turn (Bad boy Maverick) and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Mark and Mike went above and beyond to answer any questions I had as well as making my trade-in/ purchase a quick and painless process. I appreciate you both and look forward to all future interactions we have as you are now my go to in outdoor power equipment.
I cannot rave enough about their customer service and the integrity of the staff. I called them after the warranty department for my tractor referred them as an approved repair shop. I explained the issue to them over the phone, and even though they would have probably gotten a higher payout from the warranty company and more money from me for pickup/delivery charge, they were honest with me and advised I drive out and just get a new battery 1st (even though another place stated the battery was still good).
