We sheered off and messed up our wheel studs while out on vacation. These guys were able to get us in and get the studs fixed quickly. They were not able to find same color lug nuts for us but went out of their way to spray paint them to match. Highly recommend as a shop that is good people that go the extra mile to help out those in need while providing thoughtful service at a good price. Much appreciated.

I was on trip to South Lake for a family function and had to drive 8 hours in and 7 hours home the same day. I ran into an issue with my 2021 Cummins and called around 1:30 on a Friday. I had little hope of being able to find help and was going to be stuck. Cat in the office moved things around to try and help and she came through. Our car was damaged while driving along the lake on vacation. We had to get an Uber. We asked the driver if he knew a good place in town; he recommended Eloise. It was a stressful time since we live 500 miles away in San Diego. Kat was amazing! Professional, compassionate and communicative. She was also able to find alternatives that saved our car from being totaled by the insurance company. We have our car back and have them to thank for it! I highly recommend them. (I only wish we could find similar in San Diego!)

I can't complain that they were too busy to work on my car when I drove in. That's just a fact of life. But she was nice enough to do a courtesy check engine light scan even though the CEO was not on apparently they can find saved codes. They found a coolant thermostat code that I had never noticed before. I'll have to check that out. The good thing is that after driving out of their the problem started to subside. Like it was a temporary glitch or something. Anyways I made it back to Sacramento 👍

These guys are awesome! Harley explained the repairs and possible testing my car needed very thoroughly and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I had to drop my car off after hours and that process was super easy too. They got my car in and out pretty quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming here for any future repairs!
