Update 5/27/26 I am very pleased with this first experience of them servicing my A/C. My A/C went out the other evening and I contacted Joe at Expert Heating & Air. The next morning Grace called me and scheduled a service call for later that same morning. She followed up with updates of the technician’s whereabouts. Cody arrived quickly and on time. The owner and installers Codi and Eric were fantastic. They met with me, in an emergency, and solved the problem perfectly. They also rescued us from another crooked company. Very professional, competent, and clean. Extra credit for being timely, kind and friendly. Would, without question or hesitation, highly recommend.

We had a mini split system installed by Expert. Our application had a number of challenges which they handled wonderfully. Professional, knowledgeable, timely and well priced. From owner Joe to crew chief Anthony the team was absolutely top notch. A++

My AC was working, but not well. I called in on a Sunday, the owner Joe picked up right away, scheduled me for the next morning. Anthony came out and diagnosed, provided solutions/recommendations, and was on his way within 90 minutes. Cost was fair and well explained, service time was unexpectedly quick and efficient.

Called to get some information on work I needed and I was transferred to a service tech that could not have sounded more annoyed to answer some basic question on service and associated costs. I do not know why the person manning the phone couldn't answer them, but the tone and attitude told me they didn't need business that badly
