Just had a new furnace installed by Expert Heating and am very pleased. The owner Joe Kasallis was very responsive, honest and customer-oriented. Received a fair transparent price quote upfront without any need to haggle. Joe listened to us and also clearly described the unit, provided options, and explained the process. We have been using Expert Heating, Air & Plumbing for over 20 years and they are a first class company. We recently replaced 2 air condition systems in our house and the technicians led by Anthony were all incredibly respectful, on time, did great work and a pleasure to have in my house for a week! These guys are great! They came fast when I had my AC break down at my pet salon. We need to have a temperature controlled environment for our furry clients so it was crucial to me to have it up and running as soon as possible. Anthony was honest, reasonable and personable. This company is now my new "go to" for my commercial and residential needs. I highly recommend.
