My truck, a 2026 GMC AT4X HD was taken to service because of a falling head liner (fabric). The head liner was replaced under the GMC warranty. This project took the service department 2 days to complete and I'm okay with that. Over those 2 days, small blemishes were made to the interior, and they created new issues. My service advisor has agreed that Ferman will take care of the blemishes and issues. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of compassion, accountability, and urgency shown by your service department. This issue should have been resolved back in June, not dragged out over 8 months later into January, I just received a text message stating my long awaited part has arrived.
