We highly recommend this dealership. From the very beginning, they were trustworthy, kind, and easy to work with. Becca was great and thorough from the first text to the goodbye handshake at the end. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features and was able to help demonstrate a lot during the test drive. She did get her manager involved before we even set foot into the dealership to negotiate and agree to a price, he was very friendly and accommodating as well. This was our 4th purchase from Ferman in the past 10 years and we will continue to go back.
