Was met promptly by one of the porters to check in, shortly afterwards my servicec advisor, Merrick came out to go over the details and provide an estimate. The truck was then taken back to the service shop and approximately 1-1/2 hours later the service was complete and I was checking out. Considering the services performed the wait time was well within reason and Merrick kept me updated on the progression of services. He was also able to get me a 10% Military discount. Mr Francisco Gonzalez was the best.He made sure that I was informed of everything. He made sure that everything was done. What had to be done to my vehicle we are very, very happy with him. And I also wanna give a shout out to Tosh. Excellent safe driver. He gave us a ride to where we had to go. And he gave us a ride back. He is such a good guy . So, thank you so much. My vehicle displayed a P2097 code (“Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich”). The dealership diagnosed the issue as faulty fuel injectors and replaced the injectors. This repair was expensive and did not resolve the problem. The check engine light returned immediately after the repair. I returned the vehicle multiple times, and the dealership kept my car for a total of three weeks. I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the Maintenance Service Department starting with the customer service specialist (who made the appointment), the maintenance crew, and all of the mechanics who provided service to my Chevy Cruze.
