Well... I had another great experience with this establishment yesterday. I had an appointment for a routine oil,filter,and tire rotation and an irritating, what's been called" Radio Boom." I was fortunate enough to have a service manager by the name of Jason Borth write me up. Kevin Smith (Parts Department Mgr) was wonderful with getting my appointment setup at the time I requested.I appreciate Kevin’s willingness and knowledge. Steve in service was great with taking care of me effectively. Got updated when my car was ready and was a great experience as always. Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs is the only place to go.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. When I got it back, the tire sensors were not functioning, and worse, I had break rubbing and noise coming from my wheels. They must have damaged something while rotating my tires. Any time I have had an issue with my service, I am told that I can bring it in, and they will have to charge me a diagnostic fee. So I won’t even bother taking off work, bringing it back in, paying a diagnostic fee, and then paying them to fix something that was working fine when I brought it in for a sim... read more
