I when to Ferman Chevrolet to schedule an appointment for an oil change. They got me in right away. I had a few moments to kill so I waited. They have a heck of a coffee machine and Doughnut so big, you might take the other half home.
I’ve given Ferman Chevy multiple chances, and the biggest issue has been the lack of communication. I was told to schedule an appointment and that things would go more smoothly, but that did not happen. I was left without clear updates, had to keep reaching out myself, and was given timelines that kept changing. Because I needed my vehicle for my family, I ended up having to rent another one out of pocket. The communication while my truck was in the shop was disappointing. I was not made aware of the timing of everything. The issue was originally barely explained to me via the quote. After calling a few times I was able to speak to the advisor to get a better understanding. Also was not told about the resolution to my other issue until I asked about it. It was hard to get responses throughout.
I had a great experience with a service provider named Arte. He helped me facilitate my oil change and oil pan leak fix and was able to lend me a loaner car because the leak needed a second day to fix and I had to work late the next three days. He was able to get everything ready for me to switch cars on a very busy day at the dealership and even got all the items I needed out of my car to be able to help me before the dealership closed.
