I've always brought my truck to Ferman Ford for service because they make the whole process easy. They're fast, communicate well, and I never feel pressured into services I don't need. I also really appreciate that they always check for warranties, recalls, and any Ford rewards(or whatever they are called) before recommending repairs. That kind of honesty goes a long way. Adam is good because he knows how to fix the mistakes of others like the air intake that wasn't connected at all and other problems. We've had water intrusion since purchase. "Repaired" 4x The trunk will randomly close on you while you're putting things in or taking things out. Worked on at least 3 times. Sensors replaced 2x, the struts replaced as well. The gasket for the door blew out. That was replaced. The speaker for the same water intrusion door became crackle. It should have been replaced brand new. They just took one... read more

Ferman Ford service department is borderline a scam. They wanted to complete the most invasive and elaborate repair that should have taken only 30 minutes. My AC line is clogged and they wanted to remove my entire dashboard and both front seats and keep my car for a week. If I had a car lift I would blow out the drain myself. It’s like having a hairline fracture in your arm and a doctor wanting to do surgery to fix it. I want the least invasive and most economical fix to the problem. I just needed my serpentine belt put back on. Was expecting maybe a hundred dollars. Of course they found this and that and said it was crucial to the vehicle. They had a tech come out two times and on the second visit, he found the tensioner was bad so he called his boss and I was standing there when he told me his boss told him that the tensioner would be on them but I’d have to pay for a damaged speed sensor wire.
