She made suggestions as to what was needed without any pressure. The service department and advisor have earned my business.

I have been using Ferman Mazda of Brandon for about 5 years for my Mazda CX5. I always have a wonderful experience. Sam is the best service representative. He is honest and very helpful. If I have problems with my vehicle, he takes extra time to check into warranties for me. He has also helped me several times for same day tire issues. Sam is the man. He has always taken care of us. Always up front about what the charges are and where they come from. The whole Mazda service department is great. (only the techs and Service reps, managers are useless with great people like Sam) Thanks for keeping us in the road 😁👍
They contacted us about a used Hyundi they wanted to buy and came back with wrong info saying the car had biohazard problem that was a lie you should’ve just said you didn’t want to pay the amount . Wrong way to deal with the public Taylor
