Do not use this company. I called over two weeks ago to get sprayed and said that my yard needed to be sprayed asap because my house is being put on the market. The woman on the phone kept trying to ensure it would be done very soon cause they were in my area (which they were cause a neighbor down the street had a fert l lawn sign up) but they use wording to make you feel it was gonna happen and then snatch their word away by say we will do our best. 5 stars for customer service. I had a discrepancy with my lawn clean-up service so I called. I was told Pauley was one of their best employees, someone they would "send to do the President's yard", and Pauley would make it right. He did...and with an overwhelming pleasantness. Pauley came out that same evening, before going home for the day, and took care of the matter with NO grumbling, no complaints, and no disagreement!
