I have been shopping for a sofa for several weeks. I wanted to buy local because I wanted to have the convenience of service if something ever happened. Several other furniture dealers had the same piece. Thompson gave me the best price online which was one phone call and agreed to deliver it it free. I am very pleased with their service and how they handle their customers.

I was pleased to see Gilliam Thompson Furniture open according to the hours posted, friendly employees ready to help in a timely manner and with a price better than I expected on a piece of furniture very close to what I was looking for. Excellent service including the gentlemen delivering within two business days. Thank you for making our experience go so smoothly! Very nice and accommodating company! Best prices around with excellent quality furniture, Whitney took care of us and the service was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Went in to look and went ahead and pulled the trigger on new furniture without having to look any further.

We are repeat customers from 20 years ago. No complaints either time. They were patient with us while we made our decision. The buying process went quickly and within two hours I got a call scheduling delivery since our items were in stock. Delivery came at time anticipated. We love our furniture from Gilliam Thompson. Going for a three-peat in the next 6 months!

We have bought furniture from Gilliam Thompson for over 20 years. We have always been satisfied with their prices and their quality of product. Our last purchase was from Maddy. We bought two recliners, which we are very satisfied with. Would firmly recommend this facility to anybody looking for good priced furniture with good quality.
