I have been shopping for a sofa for several weeks. I wanted to buy local because I wanted to have the convenience of service if something ever happened. Several other furniture dealers had the same piece. Thompson gave me the best price online which was one phone call and agreed to deliver it it free. I am very pleased with their service and how they handle their customers.

We are repeat customers from 20 years ago. No complaints either time. They were patient with us while we made our decision.
