Dr. Ward, her staff, and the entire office are simply phenomenal. The highest compliment I can give is that my son is actually excited to go to the dentist! Amazing first experience here! All of the staff were friendly and so patient! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The facility was very clean and it was a very personalized experience for me and my children that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They enjoyed the entire experience from the lobby to the teeth cleaning to the exit. We are already looking forward to coming back! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellence at its finest.

As a general dentist, I wanted my child to have the very best dental care possible. I chose Dr. Ivory because she is calm and confident in her treatment planning, uses the best materials and top-of-the-line equipment, and has created a beautiful, comfortable, and inviting office. Most importantly, my precious little one had a wonderful experience.

Just wanted to share my amazing experience at this dentist's office! My kids and I were blown away. It was super clean and the whole place had such a chill, welcoming vibe. The staff were fantastic – professional, but also really friendly and down-to-earth. They even had free coffee, tea, and water for us grown-ups, plus little treats for the kids! We've been looking for a good kid friendly dentist, and we are so happy we found Dr. Ivory!! She was AMAZING with both of our kiddos. The staff was great too! My son has been really scared of going to the dentist, but he was right at ease with Graceful Grins. My daughter has disabilities, and this was the first time she actually got a cleaning with her exam! Just super happy with this experience all around!!
